People can be seen standing on the bow of the "Skeena." Handwritten annotation on recto reads: "Pat Burns Paddle Wheel (Skeena) Steamer making landing at contractors camp to delivery of fresh meat, etc. Res. 6 Pr. Rupt. East. 1908 G.T.P. Rly. Construction."
